You’ll receive thorough hands-on training in all aspects of our Brilliant Sky Toys & Books operations, including management methods, human resources, buying, merchandising, sales, and administrative procedures. You’ll receive our easy-to-reference Operations Manual, as well as intensive on-the-job training at our headquarters facility, and at your own Brilliant Sky Toys & Books store - before, during and after your grand opening.

Marketing
